L'Taken Ruach Week!

Thanks to everyone who participated in our inagural L'Taken Ruach Week! This post has been updated below to show the winners of our four prizes. And to thank everyone who participated at L'Taken we will have a special gift for you at L'Taken.

At the RAC, we are thinking about all of the things to look forward to in this new year of 5776, and what's more exciting than another L'Taken season?  So, to mark our excitement, we are hosting a contest on Facebook for L'Taken chaperones to win fun prizes for their group.

How can I participate?

• Share the RAC's post about L’Taken (choose the “share…” option), and in your post tell us why you’re bringing your congregation/teens to a 2015-2016 L’Taken Seminar*. Or, create your own post with a photo of your group participating at a L'Taken seminar;
• Tag the Religious Action Center (type @theRAC and our Facebook page will pop up) in your post; and
• Tag three other congregations and/or Jewish professionals and/or L’Taken chaperones in your post.

Prizes:

Over the course of this week, we will award four prizes to participating chaperones:

• First Prize: Win $500 off the group’s L’Taken final invoice
  • Winner: Rabbi Daniel Treiser, Temple B’Nai Israel, Clearwater, FL with the most likes
• Second Prize: Win a RAC-sponsored Sunday Night Lobby Prep Pizza party with a dedicated LA’s help for 1-hour of lobby prep
  • Winner: Rabbi Joel Mosbacher, of Beth Haverim Shir Shalom in Mahwah, NJ with the second most likes
• Third Prize: Win RAC T-Shirts for your entire group
  • Winner: Rabbi David N. Young of Congregation B'Nai Tzedek in Fountain Valley, CA 
• Fourth Prize: Win a special Saturday night cupcake snack from Baked & Wired in Georgetown, a RAC staff favorite
  • Winner: Brett Lubarsky of Temple Beth Elohim in Welsley, MA 

​First and second prizes awarded to posts with most likes and the third and fourth prizes will be chosen at random.

*Prizes will still apply for groups that alternate the years they are participate and are  returning to L'Taken in the 2016-2017 season.
